Mr. Caruso is a Principal in Schwartz, Cooper, Greenberger & Krauss, Chtd., a full-service business law firm based in Chicago.   He has obtained recoveries for his clients in excess of $1 Million, and “made new law” in decisive federal appellate court victories in the areas of both franchise law and employment law.   

Mr. Caruso is also certified as an Arbitrator by the
National Association of Securities Dealers for employment and investment fraud cases.
