Effective January 2010, I resumed my practice as:

Law Office of Carmen D. Caruso, P.C.  

We will continue to concentrate on franchise, dealership and distribution matters as well as other business litigation and related client counseling.

We reside in “The Chambers”- a dynamic suite of trial lawyers in downtown Chicago featuring the best technology and a mock trial courtroom.  When appropriate for larger cases we will network with some very good lawyers in Chicago or beyond in order to provide our clients with a first rate legal team, with the right credentials, on every engagement. At the Chambers we will never be “out-lawyered “ by the larger firms and we will be able to offer our clients much better value across the board – on every legal matter whether large or small.  The future is extremely exciting.
